  • The Cost: A flat rate of £4.00 per order.
  • Flat-Rate Advantage: This is a fixed price. No matter how many items you buy, your shipping cost stays exactly £4.00, allowing you to stock up on multiple items without extra delivery fees.
  • Order Over £30: Free shipping.

⏱️ 2. Order Processing & Dispatch Times

We work quickly to get your items on the road. We post orders from Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays):
  • Same-Day Dispatch: Place your order before 1:00 PM, and it will be posted on the very same working day.
  • 1-Working-Day Guarantee: Any order is guaranteed to be shipped within 1 working day.

📦 3. Estimated Delivery Speeds

Royal Mail Tracked 24 is exceptionally fast and reliable, providing you with full end-to-end tracking:
  • Standard Timeframe: 1 to 2 working days.
  • The Reality: In most cases (roughly 85% of the time), your parcel will arrive the very next working day. If there is a slight network delay, it will arrive the day after.
  • Need it Guaranteed? If you absolutely require guaranteed next-day delivery, you can easily upgrade to our premium Special Delivery option at checkout for an additional cost.

We want to be completely honest with our partners: we can only control our part of the pipeline.
We pledge to pick, pack, and physically hand your order over to Royal Mail as fast as humanly possible. However, once the parcel leaves our hands, the actual transport speed is completely out of our hands and down to Royal Mail's network tracking. We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding unexpected seasonal postal delays.
